Foam, a hand wash, decontamination. Dried with air and soft towels, wheels and arches included.
1Overview
A proper wash is slow on purpose. Grit is lifted off with foam before a mitt goes near the paint, each panel is washed by hand, and what washing cannot shift is taken out with clay and iron remover. The car is dried with warm air and soft towels, so nothing is dragged across it.

3How it goes

Look it over.
We walk round the car with you and note what it needs.

Foam and rinse.
Foam dwells on the paint and takes the loose dirt with it.

Wash by hand.
Two buckets, a clean mitt, one panel at a time.

Decontaminate.
Clay and iron remover lift what is bonded to the paint.

Dry and check.
Dried, then checked under the lights before it leaves.
